4 days ago I (19/196cm/124kg) pinned 2mg didn't notice effect so I pinned another 2mg yesterday still don't notice any hunger suppression felt a bit immediately after first injection but that was placebo is it normal or did I get fake peps?

what compound are u even running? if it’s sema, pinning 4mg in 4 days is an absolutely insane dose. if it was legit u would be in the ER right now violently puking your guts out. the fact that u feel absolutely nothing means u 100% got scammed with bunk gear, or u completely ruined the peptide during reconstitution.
if it’s tirzepatide, 2mg is barely a starter dose, especially for a dude who is 196cm and 124kg (god tier height but ur bf% is obviously completely cooked right now). u don't feel it immediately because it needs to build up in your blood serum over weeks. the half life is like 5 to 7 days.
stop panic pinning like a sub 80 IQ bot just because u got a food craving. it’s a peptide, not pre-workout, it doesn't hit u in 30 minutes.
drop the source so we know who sold u expensive water, and do some actual research on half-lives before u end up hospitalized. ngmi if u cant even dose properly.
