Is My Right Side of Face MTN?

Im clearly LTN, but I noticed that my right side looks way better than my left and that I have insane asymmetry. Is it worth trying to achieve the look of my right side?

Someone whos educated pls rate the right side of my face (left from our pov)

Yes lens distortion when the photo was clearly taken more than 6ft away and lens distortion wouldn't do that to someone's face at all
