Pec deck 1x
Incline bench 2x
T bar row 2x
Wide grip lat pulldown 2x
Tricep extension 1x
JM press 1x
Preacher
curl 2x

Lower

Leg press 1x
Leg extensions 2x
Leg curls 2x
Adduction machine 1x
Hip hinge 1x
Sldl 1x
Calf raises 2x
Crunches 2x

I do 6-8 reps within 0-2 rir (depending on how taxing the exercise is for me)
