My average rate is hmtn/lhtn, so ur almost right
Im 18, 6'0 barefoot, i think my development is already done, and around 16%bf rn

Definetly tan but not really that much and grow a fringe , it’ll make your face more striking at least by a bit . But lip filler has the biggest roi, you could try aas but it’s no use you’re htn , and your growth window in the facial bones is almost closed , they develop like until 19-20 for MOST people so I don’t know about you without some bone age test . But you’re good dude just get lip filler
