Is my Skin Stack good?

Hi, im 18 years old stopped growing at 14 (capped 181cm) since 14 my acne has gradually gotten worse, first picture is basically now taken at 14-16 it wasnt that bad but got worse.

My diet was not really the problem because it was optimal what so ever, however i got really elevated cortisol for pretty long periods (not really healthy). Also to mention right now on 5ius of hgh.

Im wondering if these products (moisturizer, cleanser, benzoyl peroxide) will help me at all?

Most of my diet consists of carbs -fruits, pasta, rice, patatos. Somewhen all kinds of meat, pork, lamb, liver. Alot and i mean alot of dairy, cottage cheese, yoghurt, kefir, raw milk, butter, many more. Somewhen some vegetables.

Many anecdotes of HGH causing height growth post-epiphyseal plate closure in adults (at least in the legs => somewhere else in the body could grow or there is another mechanism in which supernormal growth hormone levels can cause height growth in closed plates).
