Too much calcium bc if you eat healthy like I will just assume you will most likely already reach 1500mg from things like milk etc and with these supplements you will go into a too high range which could cause kidney stones if you don't drink enough or deplete magnesium. Btw why would you even take any other form of magnesium than bisglycinate. And the rest is actually really valid and I take most off it too

I reach about 3g daily from supps + 1L milk, "recommended daily amount" is the minimum amount most of the time to not get some sort of disease long term, it's not the optimal intake. It's only an issue when you don't have every other cofactor in the case of calcium it would be potassium (ctirate mainly), mag, d3, k2, boron etc to actually absorb it instead of pissing it out and risking kidney stones
https://blog.algaecal.com/magnesium-oxide-delivers-more-magnesium-with-far-fewer-pills/ is the reason I take oxide, most of the stomach issues aren't because of the chelate specifically but because people dose oxide mag higher than every other mag + a genetic issue that is highly prevalent that doesn't stops vit b6 into converting to its active form p5p, I only get the glycinate one aswell just to make sure.
''Under a heading "Regarding magnesium's "laxative effect", they talk about some people being being able to tolerate large amounts of magnesium due to not producing enough enzymes to convert the active form of vitamin b6 to P5P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) which is needed by the body to absorb the magnesium. This results in the cramps / diarrhea experienced when people supplement with magnesium which you mention. So if you supplement with P5P then apparently the GI issues may resolve.''
This was true for a few of my friends who had shitting problems at 600mg ish elemental oxide and they ended up resolving once they starting taking 100mg p5p.

Thank you for the detailled answer and I now actually consider buying different magnesium version so the oxide form but can I pair this with mag bisglycinate because glycine is a calming amino acids and 400mg before bed completely changed my sleep and I read the article that you linked they were talking about oxide working best with some sort of meal. And to the calcium issue do you think I can consume 3000mg a day if I take the supps you listed so mag, vitamin d3 k2 and boron without ending up with issues?

Then u realize all this shit cope and hop on hgh
Or you realize that you can just pair a good supplement stack with hgh and get better results🤣

U should take everything with food besides vit c that can be taken with or without doesn't matter
You can prob consume even double of that and not get into any issues related to kidney stones, ud only get mineral imbalances most likely but yes as long as u take potassium citrate especially and the other cofactors ur not gonna get any issues even on high intake
