Morning: 1000mg vitamin C, 50 mg P-5-P, 500mg l tyrosine, 500mg l phenylanine, 400mg caffiene, methylated vitamin b complex, 300 mg wellbutrin.

After breakfast: 500 mg Tongkat Ali (200;1), 600 mg NAC, 2400 mg calcium, 10000 iu vitamin d, 5mg vitamin k2 (mk4), 120 mcg vitamin k2 (mk7), 5 mg bioperine, 300 mg ksm66 ashwagandha, 200mh rhodiola rosea, 1mg copper glycinate, 1000mg omega 3 fish oil, 750 mg tribulus (90% saponins), 650 mcg iodine, 200 mcg selenium, 500 mg shilajit (50% fulvic acid), 500 mg cordyceps (10:1), 3 mg boron, 400 iu vitamin e, 200 mg coenzyme q10, 40 mg accutane, 2.5g l carnitine tartrate, 2g msm, 5g creatine.

2 hours later: 1000 mg vitamin c, 28 mg iron glycinate.

2 hours later: 50 mg zinc bisglycinate.

After dinner: 600mg NAC, 1000mg omega 3 fish oil, 750 mg tribulus (90% saponins), 400 mg magnesium glucinate, 300 mg ksm66 ashwagandha, 400 iu vitamin e, 50 mg quetiapine, 15 mg escitalopram.

Before bed: 250 mg l theanine, 1200 mg gaba, 1000 mg alpha gpc, 200 mcg huperzine a, 2.5g l carnitine tartrate, 2g lysine, 2g glycine.

I also take 4g of mucuna puriens on days i really need energy.

btw im a NEET and stay at home everyday

why so many supplements though. i'd have an aneurysm by just the sheer amount of planning and timing

As long as it makes you feel good and happy, it's fine.
 
ive added stuff gradually but id say around 2 years almost
I would say a lot of that stuff is unnecesary if you don't have a deficient diet. But you know your body better than anyone else. If you can afford it and it makes you feel good keep it that way. The issues is there's no way for you to know what stuff is bringing you benefits and what is not.

Im thinking of taking a break and slowly adding on stuff again to see what really helps i guess. But its kinda hard to detemine things like testosterone and gh(am i coping?). My diet is deficient I only eat two meals per day.
