ur chilling bro its just facefat or waterweight thats sagging it just lose weight and debloat and ur chilling, but if u lose alot of weight and debloat alot and your face fat isnt going away you can look into uc fat melting method (basically you use a ultrasound machine to literally melt your fat away but you have a risk of going permantly blind) and or buccual fat removal surgery (kinda hard to get botched)
