Is my test fake?

My testosterone levels while being on my us supplier was around mid 2k at 400mgs per week. Since then I switched to a Indiamart brand and added 200mg Tren 20mg winstrol and 20mg Anavar but now my testosterone levels are natty. I’m thinking it’s extremely underdosed since my LH and FSH are still low. My other bloods seem to be correct and I’m thinking the tren and orals are real. If you got any advice or know what’s wrong lmk. The brand is Evolve bio labs btw.

Yeah imma just run through these Indiamart vials and go back to my us supplier. I’ll try doubling the dose of test I was at and see if that’ll work
