Is my test underdosed ?? (with labs)

I've been pinning around 330mg test weekly for the past 7 weeks, i pin everyday around 24 units with insulin syringe since my vial is 200mg/ml and yesterday i got my bloodwork done finally, and the result was underwhelming BUT i don't know if its to be expected since i didn't pin before doing the bloodwork so it must have been at least 15 hours since last pin, also im on 80mg of accutane, my estrogen was also underwhelming for this dose of test (35pg/ml) which leads me to belive that it's not the fault of the lab (which it can be since it's not the most reliable method of measuring CMIA and they often have limits right around where i am), but i took 6.25mg of aromasin maybe 7-10 days before the bloods so idk man, the number is much lower then i expected (1278ng/dl) but i've gained hella weight in like 2 weeks around 7kg of probably water weight, i've been feeling much stronger, i now kinda get angry at everything too easily, confidence is sky high, i know it might be placebo but i highly doubt it, also important note my skin isn't that dry anymore on this enormous dose of accutane, before test i would wake up and my face would be covered with flakes of dead skin, dry as fuck to the point where it hurts to even talk before applying moisturizer, now its fairly normal, still gets dry sometimes but nowhere near as much so that leads me to believe that i have high androgen activity rn. i really need help what to do from here, is my test underdosed (its Medi Pharma Test Cyp) do i start pinning more to achieve that number that i would normally get at 330mg cuz now its the number as if im pinning like 200mg or is it the labs fault, or something else i really don't know, my plan is to now increase the dose but someone with experience give me advice. Be careful man. Your e2, hematocrit, cholesterol all look good but im a retard though so dont take my word for it and have someone smarter tell you that

seemed like that to me too but perplexity AI told me that its normal and that gear isnt underdosed so idk man im confused, i see some niggas on 200mg a week and having like 2k + meanwhile here im blasting and i have only 1278 smh, im gonna buy a gear from a different company now which is far more reliable then medipharma and then im gonna do bloodwork again, if its same then its just how my body responds to daily injections on this amounts

I just changed my source to a much more reliable one, im gonna do bloodwork again in 4 weeks so well see, if its the same then the gear was fine im just horrible responder, if not well... they are gonna recieve a rant on reddit lol
