It’s literally just an hour of me giving myself advice when he asks me questions is that how it’s supposed to be? He never challenges me with any meaningful points nor has given me any perspective that I’m like wow that’s a good point! Maybe this nigga just fucking sucks. I feel like I’d be the better therapist

Mine did but he was also an interesting fellow, he was a conspiracy theorist right winger. But still didn't help mental illness since talking is useless but it was interesting to talk for a while
