I have now decided to get a genioplasty + rhino for radix reduction and slightly upturned tip and maybe a small browridge implant, for that slayer look

also @DNR_ I've thought about the CCW suggestion, i don't think it will ascend me much tbh in terms of ROI, will probably only do the genio and something to improve the nasofrontal angle, at the browridge area

ccw ascends alot bro, never underestimate.

This guy had djs with genio and (ccw included ofc)
He went from looking worse than you to better, your base is better which means you can look better than him post surgery.

All just speaking tho, its your choice based on your money and ROI. Genio is good enough for you if your willing to lose alot of weight to gain some neck tightening on your under chin/neck area.

Yea these results are pretty good, but if I get CCW ill also have to get bimax right? doesnt work other way

also does ccw make ur midface shorter? my midface is already kinda compact, and I have a wide face so I will look worse from the front if it does make my midface more compact

ccw is essentially ALWAYS INCLUDED in bimax, no ccw = no bimax.
CCW with Bimax/Trimax (genio with bimax) always affect your side profile wayyyy more than your front profile like 95% effecting side and maybe 5% front profile, the only time it affects your front profile alot is if you get a large vertical lengthening of your genioplasty and too large of maxilla rotation in ccw.
Your surgeon will essentially use a 3d machine to model and morphe your pre op face then your post op face and you can make suggestions on how aggressive you want the result and the surgery to be advancement wise and if you would like any personal changes.
I cant judge your faces midface future after surgery because i dont have technology or the license to do that stuff. but i can tell you that your surgeon would instantly show you and you can instantly approve or decline the post op face model if you dont like it. Its never as hard as it seems. The surgeon does 99% of the work lol
