Your upper lip seems too thick.

In general, you want the lower lip 1.6x the height of upper lip from anteface.

As for profile, it looks quite good.

look super weird right ? my lips are super uncanny, uneven and they protrude too much

if i get genio my lower lips will look better but it wont change my upper lips and im scared it will look even bigger

Not an expert so don't take this as advice, but your upper lip doesn't really stand out to me when I see your profile. A genioplasty to fix your somewhat small chin would probably ascend your side profile.
