idk i would guess that ur whole dental arch and jaw is pretty bad. MSE+bimax if u are also recessed. mse would benefit ur cheeckbones

you're 16 so im sure they will be able to get you one still

the results will probably take a lot longer and they wont be near as good, because you are 16, but its worth a shot

as i said - narrow smile, bad cheekbones, jaw and overall not very aesthetically pleasing

also, just saw you have braces so you cant even get the palate expander now cause it causes gaps between your teeth
