also, just saw you have braces so you cant even get the palate expander now cause it causes gaps between your teeth

you can try with thumpulling, improving posture and eating enough minerals and fat soluble vitamins but it's unlikely you'll correct it unless you do mse. But mse has its drawbacks too like possible asymmetry, the maxilla developing too much compared to the other facial bones which can make you look strange. cosmetic surgery is probably a better option than mse. Looking at your pictures you seem like you have pretty good facial development so i wouldn't worry too much

well you can hope that puberty does something but i wouldn’t count on it, another option is surgery after puberty which is expensive and dangerous. Any method you see in which you exert force on your palate or maxille with your hands is brutal cope

Arches are narrow. Your palate width is decided by IMW you can see how your palate gets bigger at the end teeth. Get an expander so those teeth can sit comfortably.
