why worry about hollow cheeks when you have a much more glaring flaw that I am pointing out? it will do you much better to fix that than ur zygos.

but hey if you REALLY want them, go get ZSO or modified lefort 3 if you want to actually move bone, or get zygomatic implants, maybe buccal fat removal.

or fraud, because most people don't have hollow cheeks except in very specific lighting conditions
