My body hasn't let me sleep straight through since I was 16. Most I typically ever get in a row is 5h and then I've gotta do the work of falling asleep all over just to get the remaining needed sleep. Many times I wake up 2 times or even up to 4 times during one 7-8h period of sleep. Been an issue from then till now in my early 20s and nothing fixes it. You can't tell me any advice I haven't heard, trust me I've tried it all. Even strong sleep drugs like diazapam (benzo) don't make me sleep straight through. They just make it a little easier to fall asleep the first time and however many more times there are that sleepthat's bad
