I dont sleep fully anymore (7+ hours) probably only a couple hours. Sometimes twice.

taking a nap won't energize you that much brah going to sleep is not like a battery

you need to complete the whole sleep cycle for it to be okay and you'll have to be in deep sleep for that

1 hour nap during the day and 8hrs at night is optimal. You need 8hrs to stay in deep sleep because that’s when your body recovers

My body hasn't let me sleep straight through since I was 16. Most I typically ever get in a row is 5h and then I've gotta do the work of falling asleep all over just to get the remaining needed sleep. Many times I wake up 2 times or even up to 4 times during one 7-8h period of sleep. Been an issue from then till now in my early 20s and nothing fixes it. You can't tell me any advice I haven't heard, trust me I've tried it all. Even strong sleep drugs like diazapam (benzo) don't make me sleep straight through. They just make it a little easier to fall asleep the first time and however many more times there are that sleep

this might be a dumb question but on my apple watch it said i had 2 hours of deep sleep when i slept 8 hours, dose that mean i am a bad sleeper or what

yeah that probably means ur sleep quality was bad

so i guess i shouldnt be on my phone too late
yes no phone 1 hour before bed, no food 3 hours before bed, no coffee 10 hours before bed
