Hold the syringe like it is a pencil, and insert it quickly with a dart like motion at 90° angle. Use aspiration technique before injecting it in. Injecting should be slow if it is 1 ml. Don't worry it's not a big deal.

My planned first cycle: 300 mg test E per week, 50 mg Anavar every day, low dose HCG 2x per week. I don't plan to use aromatase inhibitor or SERM during the cycle, but I will also have Aromasin and Raloxifene in case shit goes wrong.

That was pretty much my first cycle, 350-450 T and anavar, was using ralox all the time and duta/fin. I think ralox reduced my chest fat forever, which was golden.
