Is NATURAL VOICEMAXXING COPE? Can vocal lessons/training (no surgery) help?

I was thinking about trying voiceover work, but feel my voiceceldom/incel voice will affect this.

Any voicemaxxing successes purely from vocal training?

Here're some samples of my voice -- I can't re-record now as I'm too busy to record again but this is my voice basically.

Any hope to voicemaxx natty by just practicing speaking, inflection, etc.?

I don't even think its always deepness. Seen some guys without deep voices still have a meaningful tone. Don't know what causes it. some people you can tell they are well off or smart by the tone of their voice. And some people you can just tell in an instant they are poor or low class
