Discussion Is ND behavior genetic, or is it an acquired defense mechanism?

I really don't know which is my case tbh. I was always weird and different, but I also always had a lazy eye and lots of issues with my looks. Hard to tell which came first. I can't tell if other's judgements against me became a self fulfilling prophecy, or if they were justified

kinda both, its not a nurture vs nature kind of thing. it can be but its not. its more like you have the genes for it and you were gonna act like that a little bit but your interaction and environment kinda set the base of how you are rn. it can change so dont worry, but itll be hard

You have to be high IQ to be antisocial/ND, only way you cant is if you were like severely beaten by ur dad or some fuck and ur terrified others will beat u or some crazy trauma like that.

But I genually think ND or anti socialness is just average looking people, just realising they arent shit , people dont really fuck with them, people dont really hate or like them they r just a nobody so might as well just not speak and never develop enough social experience or connection.

I just have to looksmax to a point where I can be accepted for who I am, or it's over (htn probably)

For example, black and arabs are more prominent to adhd since they are genetically built for adrenaline spikes and fight and flight mode

it is escapable but also isnt, genetics will cap your potential obv but it doesnt mean you cant work on it, itll be hard since people wont really call out your personality or ND failos. if you can get to htn youll def be safe
