¿Is neccesary to include Aromasin in a Cycle?

I want to do a Test Cycle, maybe with MK-677 too, but i have see that in all guides of cicling they include Aromasin, i don't like much the idea of Taking some medicine for Breast Cancer. ¿I have to include it or i can do a Cycle without it?

you still need to have it in case you do get estrogen sides.
