Due to my extreme frameletism and pheno, masc maxxing seems retarded. I think I’ll stick to pushups, lateral raises, and walking. Prettyboymax

Sometimes I think people overdo it with the neck training when it doesn't harmonise with the rest of the face (jaw & head width). however im pretty sure this is the minority of cases and its pretty unlikely that you will overdo it

Very unlikely you overdo it, anywhere from 0.95-1 typically harmonizes very well with any face. Haven’t really seen any exceptions
