If it's too bad then nothing can't be done but if it's near neutral then you can possibly reach neutral tilt with more zygo support (doesn't work if infrarims as badly recessed)

If you are still in puberty theres a slight change that it can improve, but most likely it won’t. If it ain’t that sever a canthopexy should be enough wich is not that invasive and it’s also pretty cheap or if more sever, a canthoplasty is the way, also not that big of a procedure but more invasive than the canthopexy
