Is niacin expensive I wanna try a flush

My skin is purging right now from this acne medication I’m using right now so I’m getting a lot of random acne and pimples along my jaw and forehead above eyebrows thankfully they are small isn’t to bad but It will be good I wanna try a niacin flush as I Read about how many hours before going out should I take it?
