Need to make a thread on bonemass that is high iq but i belive it is very important.
All people i know irl that still look good past 25-30 are high bonemass lean.
ofc you also need to protect your skin from sun with sunscreen but i belive its 90% bones.
Maybe rest sucnsceen and some colagen boosting substances and cremes (tarz)

truth, he kinda reminds me of my dad in a way, obv not as good looking but he still managed to age extremely well into his 50s despite early grey hair in his late 20s and managed to look good until like 55
