Is no carbs good for leanmaxxing/debloating or am I coping?

I started a whole foods diet consisting of meat, eggs and dairy to try fix my gut and get lean. Would completely cutting out carbs be the way to go or should I just limit the amount of carbs I'm having? Also is there such a thing as some carbs being "better" than others e.g potatoes>bread?

it is, no carbs and no salt will shed water from below your skin quickly, but it also makes you feel like shit.

how much of a difference will it make compared to someone with normal/high sodium and carb intakes

does black coffee really helps with fixing the bloated?

it's temporally it comes back the second you eat carbs again so it's not sustainable.

so what’s the point, do you just stick to other debloating methods

I’m not sure if I was clear enough with my question

What I was trying to say is how big is the facial leanness difference between someone who eats carbs and sodium vs someone who doesn’t assuming all other factors are the same

I just limit the amount of carbs and sodium I have. I don’t consume over 190g carbs a day and nothing over 2,000 mg of sodium a day (some days i dont even go over 1,400 sodium a day)
