doing nofap indefinitely is such a retarded use of discipline in my experience. like you only can allocate discipline and self control towards so many habits (skincare, gym, eating good, other looksmax habits) before it becomes impossible to maintain for most people

just do it once a week or so, longer the better but dont focus too much energy on restricting yourself from something that barely moves the needle looks/life wise

it saves some but not enough for it to actually do anything, but ive heard it does increase odds of cancer, even if not a lot, an increase is still a increase in odds.
