We have plenty of guides on all of the main soft-maxxes: skin, gym, eyebrows/eyelashes, fashion, NT, teeth and fragrance.

Is anyone going to step up to the plate and deliver a Nobel prize winning, all-in-one haircare/style/hairpill thread?

There is so much to talk about:

*Ideal hairstyle to fit your skull shape

*Ideal hairstyles to NT-maxx (i.e. TikTok styles)

*Using no shampoo prevent follicle damage and dry hair

*Sea salt spray for texture and volume

*Clay/pomade/paste/gels to style hair. Evaluating the best hair products for the best styles.

There isn't even a BOTB thread on preventing hair loss (i.e. fin, microneedling, dua, RU and minox) and solutions (i.e. HT and hair system).

It's disappointing ngl.

Even anthropometrically, you rarely hear people about the upper third ratios and how these measurements frame the FACE (e.g. temple width, upper-lower FACE ratio, facial thirds and forehead height).

And there are a ton of blackpilling studies on the importance of hair.

We've gotten soundbites in previous threads but there should be an ultimate hairpilling thread that combines everything I've just mentioned. It would be a great way for this forum to die on a more positive note.

I was just about to write a guide on that:

-types of haircuts
- trendy / NT haircuts
- haircuts for different head shapes
- how to hide failos like receeded temples or low IPD with certain haircuts
- hair length & volume for ideal facial ratios
- hair styling
- haircare
- how to alter hair texture: straightening or getting a perm
- ideal hair color & hair dyeing (+ highlights)
- hair bleaching
- how to add volume to hair
- hairloss prevention (DHT supression, RU, minoxidil)
- ways of restoring already lost hair (hair transplant including locations to get it done in / hair systems)
- the effect of balding & baldness on SMV - based on WheatWaffle’s latest video

etc etc

I have barber friends whom I’ve learnt a lot from so I actually know quite a bit about hair

If this shithole doesnt get nuked until the weekend, I could write a comprehensive guide on all things hair related on Sunday

Please do. The hairpill has been neglected for far too long.

It certainly been, especially in current times when face masks only make your eyes and your hair visible out of your face

Normies love to give the “ just get a haircut bro :bluepill::redpill: “ advice but they are actually onto something if we consider that hair makes up a third of your face and you can significantly alter it simply by getting a haircut

If someone made such effort I would even drop a react tbh ngl

I don’t think high ipd alone is that much of a failo (low ipd is much worse), with that said one way to mask it would be to make your interzygomatic distance seem visually wider (so making your ipd lower compared to it).

Haircuts which enhance the side of the face, like for example an upturned variant of curtains could do that:

Hairloss is indeed something complex that is not at all understood to this day. I am sure diet has and lifestyle has a major inpact on hair and I am also aware alternative theories on hair loss as opposed to it being caused by DHT sensitive hair follicles on the scalp (e.g. like the theory of balding having to do with skull & galea shape + gravity). With that said until this day only 5α-Reductase inhibitors like finasteride and dutasteride and minoxidil used as a vasolidator to improve the flow of nutrients into the scalp area have been proven effective ways to combat hairloss scientifically
(with RU58841 being very promising but still in total experimental phase).

I'm not experimenting hairloss yet but when I do I would want tobe certain my hair gets saved so I wouldnt experiment around with fringe theories on hairloss, instead would stick to DHT supression as it have worked for others before me too

How often should you wash your hair and how?

Shampoo + conditioner?
