Man the PDF is a major hookup with basically the whole method he used, it was enough info to the point with only a few hours of research i have my full ascension planned out. It gives the basis of everything though, yes. Even though he doesnt talk about gear or anything, 100 percent worth it imo. It’s $25 in his bio, his 1-1 full coaching is $60 a month.
