To be honest, I think the whole nofap increases awareness wittiness and like overall just being sharp and having energy is true since I’m not gooning anymore (or atleast not rn) and feel a noticeable improvement in my overall being, but the whole “Yeah you’ll have Stacy’s coming up to you and just asking to suck you dry because you’re radiating so much masculine life energy dragon ball z bullshit” is actually just a over exaggerated point, like yeah of course if you’re HTN and have disgusting warts and pimples on your face and do the bare minimum to ascend yeah you’ll still pull but yeah, overall I think nofap is cope when it comes to pulling. But overall energy and work ethic it works.
