Is normal milk worth drinking ?

I can't get any raw milk and my parents would 100% not allow it.
I currently just drink milk from the store and I spam raw carrots to reduce the estrogenic effects.

Is drinking pasterurized milk even worth it? Will it do more harm than good? I live in Europe btw with stricter regulations than the US
