I don't think proportions will ascend anyone. Proportions are 85% trivial most of the time as long as they aren't off.

I do have a theory that proportions, and ratios can predict your looksmaxing potential though.

Not really, but it's very hard to fix anyways so you shouldn't worry about it until you've fixed all the other more fixable failos imo
