Is not resting your face frauding?

I've noticed I fully relax my face when not conversing with anybody leading to this thousand yard stare/psycho looking face. Is slightly tensing your face as if you were talking to someone all the time frauding?

Note: slightly tensing, not squinting.

Squinting is natural outdoors, where it is bright. And a little squinting is normal if you are smiling when you talk or interact with people.
