from what ive noticed when people see short dudes trying to act masculine and present themselves as gymcels and ogres people find it funny and cant take them seriously and think its cope but if short dudes go the pretty boy route like Justin bieber or zayn malik then its seen as more fitting and non coping

No, I imagine there's some value in gymcelling but a short man can't overdo it.
