Is olive oil bad for my health

can I cook in olive oil? (I use extra virgin/normal) Ive heard that it oxidizes when it reaches past its smoke point and turns into a seed oil and it’s gonna harm my health and cause inflammation. Is this true?

yeah just don't use it for cooking and buy olive oil with minimal processing idk remember what it was called but that one actually has healthy fats
