Did Oliver O Connors roidmaxx or take HGH as his transformation was kind of crazy. Or do you think it was just late bloomer and genetics as he was barely HTN at age 19..

Wouldn't say so, His physique on a shorter frame would definitely be natty but to build the sheer muscle on a 6'6-6'7 frame probably does require some steroids + voice, idk it could make a good natty or not
