OMAD - one meal a day
could basically eat whatever u want, and as long its not more than like 1500 calories, fat loss would happen realistically.

I did that some time ago. It def works but you gotta monitor your sugar levels. Cause if you’ve got some work to do while low on glucose, you may faint.

yes mixing it with fasted cardio-20;4 intermittent fasting PRO tip: best you eat your meal around 7-8 pm so you dont get hungry at night and cant sleep and shit

love thanks for the tip. i get hungry as shit during day so i’ll put off eating. as well as playing sports during the day should keep mind of food
