in a sustained cut rn, eating basically meats only and whole foods. fat loss is going well.
is it worth incorporating a day of no eating every so often to lose close to 1lbs in that day.assuming i burn 2500 a day that’s 0.7lbs (2500/3500) from that one day alone of fasting.
and this shouldn’t lower metabolism or have negative effects since only done for one day.
