No, you need at least a 7 day rest.

If you are on steroids yes. Otherwise you need 48 hours at least

And also you need to do not more than X sets per muscle a week. Depends on muscles
i do 2 exercises per muscle, of 2 sets all to complete faliure. and i do this twice a week for each muscle. is that ok?

Bruh. You can train every single day with that much low volume. Normally 48 hours is adequate rest but that is for those people who train a muscle group with 14-22 sets that are close to faiure. You are training 4 sets to absolute failure (you could be guessing yourself wrong). You are undertraining severly, you can recovery from that very fast in under 24 hours. You can train the same muscle 5-6x per week with that strategy. It is stupid.

most people do 3 sets per exercise and the first 2 are just junk and not to failure. only the last they maybe go to failure, and most the time it ain’t even to failure. means i do 8 sets per week to failure per muscle.

Depends if its legs no

They are not junk? Training to failure is not optimal for longevity neither for muscle growth. Nearing failure 1-2 RIR is ideal and sometimes reaching failure. 8 sets per week to failure per muscle is not enough for some. Bicep can do 12-14+ sets to failure/week, tricep 10-12+, chest 15-17 back same. You are undertraining.
