Is one meal a day (OMAD) a good way to lose fat in the face?

I mean if you are in a calorie deficit it doesn’t matter what you eat you could eat even kinder cards and lose fat but it wont be sustainable bc you would feel hungry 24/7

So basically if you want to lose face fat as you said you cant target areas to lose fat you are going to lose fat in your overall body but you could reduce facial bloating by not eating much carbs or foods that cause bloat

Makes it easier to not over-eat but that's basically all it does.
