Is one night of good sleep enough to fix dark circles or does it change with multiple good nights

Sleep hasn't changed mine atleast, neither has moisterizing. Perhaps reduced them a small bit at most.

I only wear contacts in one eye because theres a +0,75 difference between my eyes, so I can confidently say that I have not noticed any assymmetric developments from it, and sadly my neurotic mind catalogues my dark circles precisely every morning in the mirror.
