It’s funny cause my right side irl has a smaller cheekbone and the left cheekbone sticks out more, can this be due to a slanted maxilla or sphenoid bone?

its cause the right cheekbone is higher-set than the other one. makes it appear more winged.

if you get cheekbone implant mention the vertical assymetry to your surgeon. dont make it worse

Its higher set I think cause my maxilla is slanted, if it would even out would the right cheekbone still be bigger? Also left side of my jaw is lower set just like my left cheekbone
