So I need to get maybe 5 pounds of muscle and simultaneosly lose 5% bodyfat
Is this achievable before next summer?

Yes for sure. However you don't have his excellent bone structure or muscle inserts so you won't look the same.

IMO only people with good muscle inserts and robust bones can look good really lean without being too muscular.

Not if you start out skinny fat. You will have to bulk 4 months, then cut 2 months and wont look anywhere near that physique
