is online phobia real?

i dont know how to properly explain but for example imagine you go on omegle and theres a girl and she says "wow ur handsome" and the only thing you can do is to instantly skip in fear of having a conversation with her, that you would somehow fuck it up but in real life if a girl would come up to you , you would have a normal chat with her. is that normal behaviour ? if not is there something non drug related to fix it or some type of exposure to make it better. i rarely go outside btw
