Is oral castor oil better than oral and topical minoxidil?

it has been used for years even by people who want to induce labor or are constipated so no need to call me a retard
Taking it orally just makes it uncontrollable where it grows by getting it into you system which isn't a problem at all since you could save the unwanted hairs off
