Is oral minox the best way to grow eyelashes and eyebrows?

I dont care about the potential facial/body hair growth, Im not balding at all so im not using it for hair loss prevention either.

I'm trying topical minoxidil for eyebrows. For lashes, I found The Ordinary Brow & Lash serum worked very well (didn't do anything for brows, but made my lashes grow like crazy)

I acidentally bought some organic liberal eyelash and eyebrows natural serum i dont think itll do anything
