Is oral minoxidil garbage?

Been taking it for 15 days, already feeling bloated (maybe cuz I'm bulking). Just can't think of a reason why I started it out in the first place. The only reason you should take minoxidil orally is eyelashes. My eylashes are fucked, and the only 2 ways to grow them out is:

A: Oral Minoxidil and suffer the bloating

B: Latisse and suffer the fucked eyelids.

Which one would you choose?
