I use transdermal but oral test without esters can be good.

So what? I don't wanna go wacko neither, just 100-50mg a week at most but probably just 25mg jfl. What is the minimal amount of time you recommend

My main reason for using oral is that you can regulate the doses. What do you do with 100mg dials if you wanna use just half of it? Do you inject half a dial and save it for next week? Jfl

This. Cycling and PCT'ing is the biggest meme in roid community. Being on gear means being on TRT.

If you are planning to PCT you might as well not use any, since you wont get bigger than your natural potential, and you will lose at least half of the gains in the PCT, so all you end up with is a natty physique with a fucked up endocrine system, so even lower body composition.

Strength guys who come off seem to mentally deal better. eg. pete rubish. He's a top tier PLer who came totally off after a 10 yr perma blast but still lifts (big weights too) because he wants to lift, not cos wants a look.

in general no serious ppl cycle this is Flex magazine tier meme bluepilled advice. ppl blast and cruise and BBers/strongmen at the top level dont even cruise, and possibly don't even count what they use.

I just wanna microdose 25 mg a week. I don't even care about the gains I just want the non-visual benefits (not the muscles but the other stuff that comes with steroids, mood, etc)

Its a negative feedback loop if you try 1 cycle and PCT, if you cruise on average TRT you will cut of 5-10 year from your life (which lets be real not really importants), and harm your most important soft features, skin and hair depending on your genes, but you will have the fake natty insta physique with little effort and a bad diet, so its a good trade for some people while bad for others.

Note : blasting between cycles is also mostly stupid, because your body is not about what you have in precomps or in few months of the year, but what you have in daily life.

Yeah but who tf cares about strongmans or open BBers, maximum goal here is to be Jeff Seid/ Mike o Hearn tier real fake natty, anything more is simply damaging your health for no benefits.
