Since I’m already recessed and have NCT should I just get lefort 3? OBO is performed during lefort 3 correct?

Has anyone in PSL ever gotten lefort 3 or orbital box osteotomy (besides cosmicmaxxer) ?

Why not? What is the fatality rate with such surgeries anyways? And even if it’s high that doesn’t mean it will be fatal for me, most people getting these surgeries are subhumans with crouzon syndrome, I certainly am much stronger than them

it rotates the lateral orbital box walls giving a higher canthal degree than canthoplasty can get cosmic got a form of it but this technique is much different but it is quite similar and uses plates and screws

Got it. So this is a theoretical method that no one has gotten reps on to perfect their technique? Or a method some retired surgeons previously practiced? In that case don't see its' feasibility and seems OBO can only be trans-cranial as of now... Is there absolutely no way to increase IPD by 2-3mm without cutting your face open? Kind of a huge pain in the ass that ratios get thrown off by a few mms and cannot be fixed unless you sink 100k into a meme surgery and countless revisions.
